The Nashville Grand Old Dulcimer Club

Nashville's Grand Old Dulcimer Club is a group of dulcimer players and musician friends who meet monthly to play, learn and share. We believe in the power of music and in the ability of the dulcimer to put music in the hands of everyone.

Special Announcement Regarding the June Meeting: The regular monthly club meeting for June will be held on the second Sunday, June 13. Please note this one time change from our usual schedule.We meet at Two Rivers Mansion, 3130 McGavock Pike, in Nashville. Our usual meetings are on the 3rd Sunday of each month, 2:00 to 5:00 PM. In addition, we often have other opportunities to play. Please keep checking our Newsletter for details.

Nashville's Grand Old Dulcimer Club is a group of dulcimer players and musician friends who meet monthly to play, learn and share. Some of us are beginners, and some of us have been playing for awhile. David Schnaufer said that there was an instrument for everyone--they simply needed to find it. If you and the mountain dulcimer have found each other, or if you'd like to learn more about this beautiful instrument and its music, please feel free to join us! Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome.
